How it works

• Stick the poster or a strip by the mirror at your child’s eye level.
• Point to each step as you go: toothpaste, top teeth, bottom teeth, spit.
• Colour a circle on the chart after each brush, morning and bedtime.

UK A4 and US Letter PDFs, both in your download, with UK and US words. Print at 100% on thin card (cardstock), laminate, cut along the thick blue borders and add hook-and-loop dots.
