My Morning Routine is a printable visual schedule that shows a child what happens next, one picture at a time. Put the cards on the board in order, move each one to the Finished pocket when it is done, and mornings stop being a surprise.

How to use it

1. Print on thin card or cardstock. White backgrounds keep ink costs low.
2. Cut along the thick blue borders and laminate if you can.
3. Stick hook-and-loop dots on the cards and the board slots, or use a magnetic strip on the fridge.
4. Build the morning together the night before. Start with four steps and add more as they settle.

Who it is for

Made by a parent of an autistic child with ADHD, for families who want calmer mornings. The simple pictures, clear labels and the Andika font (designed for early readers) suit children from about 2 to 10, and they work just as well for home-educating families.
