How it works

• Pick a quiet spot and put up the sign, the steps poster and three or four calming posters.
• Practise the breathing and the calm choices together on calm days, so they’re ready for big ones.
• When a big feeling comes, point to the steps: stop, breathe, count, then a calm choice.

Two editions

UK A4 and US Letter PDFs, both in your download, with UK and US words. Print at 100% on thin card (cardstock), laminate, cut along the thick blue borders and add hook-and-loop dots.
